Rachel Xia Zhongjing,  is a Master of Arts, director, and producer, and currently serves as General Manager of Front Media Singapore. She is a member of the Jiangsu Television Artists Association.

With seven years of experience as a journalist, she worked extensively in social and cultural reporting. Her journalistic training cultivated sharp observational skills, disciplined thinking, and a deep respect for authenticity, laying a solid humanistic foundation for her later work in filmmaking.

Since entering the film and media industry in 2015, she has led and participated in numerous commercial films, city branding productions, documentaries, and international projects across China and overseas markets. Her works have received national and provincial awards and have been selected by international film festivals.

Beyond structured commercial production, she remains deeply committed to documentary filmmaking. For her, documentary is a process of long term engagement and profound understanding. It demands patience, sincerity, and sustained dedication. She believes documentary does more than record reality. It safeguards cultural memory, and time ultimately gives weight to images.
