It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the second edition of the Indian Film Festival in Singapore. The enthusiastic participation by the people reaffirmed the Festival’s growing importance as a platform for cultural exchange between India and Singapore.

Building on this effort, the forthcoming version seeks to showcase diversity, depth, and creative excellence of Indian cinema across languages and genres. This year’s curated programme features 21 films in eight different Indian languages, reflecting the richness and vibrancy of India’s cinematic heritage.

The Indian Film Festival has emerged as a significant occasion for strengthening people-to-people ties. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to the Singapore Government, Singapore Film Society, Golden Village Cinema, and all partners and stakeholders whose support has made it possible.
